Delivery in Bulgaria: We will ship the product(s) in your order via Econt Express or Speedy courier to your delivery address.
Worldwide delivery: We will ship the product(s) in your order via DHL® courier to your delivery address.
How much does the delivery cost?
Аll deliveries made within Europe are complimentary!
Orders outside of Europe will be charged depending on the delivery price determined by DHL from Bulgaria to your home address (You will be able to check the delivery price during the checkout).
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.
All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies.

How do I place an Order?
Here’s a step-by-step look at the checkout process:
1. Check your shopping cart.
Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.
2. Visit Ship, Bill and Pay screen.
Make sure you’re logged in to your account. If you’re not, you will be prompted to log in before continuing to the Ship, Bill and Pay screen. If you don’t have an account with PROVOCATIVE, you may create an account and still continue to checkout.
From this screen, you can verify and edit all of your shipping, billing and payment information, including:
- Shipping address
- Shipping carrier
- Shipping notes
- Billing address
- Payment type
- Additional order information and any custom checkout fields you collect
You may also view the contents of your cart and a preliminary total cost.
3. Review your order.
You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax. Please look over all of the information as this is what will be submitted to, and used by, PROVOCATIVE. If you need to alter any of the information, click the Edit link to return to the Ship, Bill and Pay screen. Clicking Place order will submit your order to PROVOCATIVE and take you to your Order Receipt page. Your order information is sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can! You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason, without penalty and without the need to give any explanation, within 20 (twenty) days from the date of delivery of the products. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of products that are personalized or made to your specifications.
How Can I Return a Product?
To process a return, just follow these simple steps:
- Make sure the products have not been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and that the identification tag with the disposable seal is still attached.
- Returned items must be accompanied by a return form and the original receipt included in the package sent to you.
- Prepare the package and stick the pre-paid DHL shipping label on the box over the previous delivery information. This pre-paid shipping label was included in the package when it was originally sent to you.
- Call DHL and arrange a suitable date and address: our courier will collect the package from wherever you wish.
All returned products will be checked by PROVOCATIVE within five (5) working days from the time we receive them. We will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you. In the case of a denied return, our customer service will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you. The product must be given back along with the original packaging (including the packaging materials and the documents, if any, accessories, labels, tags, seals, etc.) and it is to be carefully stored and used only for the time strictly necessary to verify its nature, specifications and size, and must show no signs of wear or dirt.
Please note that the delivery of the returned product will be at your expense. If you prefer, you may return products using a courier of your choice. We suggest using a shipping service that allows you to track and insure your package, as we are not responsible for returned products during delivery when you arrange shipping yourself.
